An improvement over Rose's classic design, I think. It was neat enough that it lingered in that "maybe" category for me, which meant I still had to make it regardless. So she's a solid one to close this set up with. So, here's the group shot! Diviner Rose, SF5 Balrog, Mad Ryu, Combat Guile, Shadaloo Blue Cammy, Beast Zangief, Flame Chun Li, Sodom, Cyber Guile, and Jonin Ibuki!

Feet were from Black Widow, recut into proper heels. Sculpted the skirt sections, leg band, arm band, belts, upper and lower torsos, mask, head piece, and all the hair. Oh, also sculpted the sash thing. Full repaint, and all done!
