Mecha Zangief is awesome, but I think this might be my favorite Zangief design. I also always think wrestlers look way better when they shift from trunks to tights. And that carries over here perfectly. He's also a great character to use.

Head was from the Avengers Assemble Hulk, heavily resculpted to fit. Then I cut off the hair, smoothed over the head, and sculpted the beard and full head dress. Lower legs were from Juggernaut with the laces sculpted on. Sculpted the chest hair, belt, kneepads, top of the boots, and bracelets. Full repaint, and all done!
