This is Cambro, a character appearing in two episodes I think of MOTU Filmation. It seems never ending the source for characters of the series! to make it relevant in MOTU Classics, I had to find a huge body, and went for Juggernaut Marvel Legends. Only bad thing is that I bought a figure which turned out to be a bootleg, and a different one at that, so I had to sand down the legs which was a extra effort. And I had to repair his foot as it came broken. Anyway, at least the size was the right one!
