Used a 2 pack Rogue head and Firestar for the upper body to incorporate a collar. Used Darice craft foam sheets cut into strands for the hair. Eyewear is blister window plastic dyed red with Tamiya ink. Effect is a clear Christmas bauble with a twisty tie hot glued to it and lightly sprayed with flourecent green furniture paint.
