This is the last of my Batman Villains for 2008. He's inspired between a comic joker and a Dark Knight Joker.. I had a vision of like a Mobster Boss Joker, where people are afraid of his "underground Political power and street Power" and then his insanity and craziness..

Head - ML Longshot
Upper body - GR BlackHeart
Lower Body - ML movie Punisher

The head was basically all the work.. sculpted totally over with indents and scars.. and then colored.. the body parts were a easy switch.

the fig is really awsome I just hav som mnior sugetions:
1st u should give him ruby cyclops arms it gives him a shrit look and that hands r better then black harts.
2nd u should sand down the upper belt on his chast theb itll look better.
3rd sand sand legs star and left pouches .
4th the hair should a litlle messier.
