This guy actually paid someone for his powers. He could have anything, and he asked for a 7 foot tail that vibrates. That's like the supervillain equivalent of a sports car. Anyway. I used the white wolf figure because he was cheap and mostly blank. The tail is another doll armature. I dyed them both brown and sculpted the rest. His head is a heavily modified wolverine.
