Here is Octavia, of the not so famous Tigersharks cartoon, by the creators of Thundercats. Made in vintage style, and in human form.

Was raking my brain to think of a good base figure, and decided to go with a Dr. Blight, as it provided a good height and basic resemblance. These vintage figure were 7", so as she was a bit of a teenager a 5-6 inch works well. Used a X.23 old head. Much attention was paid to get the exact colours, as that is the main thing of a custom like this.
