Yes and no, this was supposed to be Skeletor :) . One of the concepts Errol McCarthy drew, but were not finally made as such in the new adventures. Skeletor got some hair but not as much, and he never was a crazy redhead.

The design is rather shocking, but at least he looked powerful. I did him in MOTUC which makes him look good, so muscular, as the original drawing he again looks somewhat skinny. A very challenging custom as he had some very thin robotic limbs, which I had to almost trim to nothing to start adding cables, etc.

Gbagok's bios suggest this to be a new character, recreated from some remains of Skeletor, which for me sounds just spot on!
