Classic Beast (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:11707
Name:Classic Beast
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:Wings
Date Added:December 30, 2008
Base Figure:Savage Dragon
Height:7.00 inches
We've had Cyke, Marvel Girl, Angel andIceman in their classic duds but despite all the Hank McCoys released so far we've yet to get a human version. Used 100% LCBH Savage Dragon with resculpted legs and removed fin. I'm not usually a fan of the Savage Dragon fingers but after much dry brushing I'm begginingto take to em... Tried a few different feet like Movie Hulk and Showdown Hulk but they were either too flat or wouldn't bend at the toe. Ended up sculpting over the trainers SD had so excuse the rough tootsies!

Wings, I've been away for a while and you've been busy. What a great figure to see. A lot of work, and ultimately a great accomplishment. I'm going to check out some of your earlier work and comment on other worthy figures. The X-universe is still alive! Good job and I enjoyed the posing of Beast in the pics.

Wow thanks for the comments everyone! To be honest I was really wary as I'd never really built up so much muscle from scratch before. If anyone wantsto havea go at it, my best advice is to just use tear drop shapes of apoxie and smooth them lightly into eachother alternating upside down right way up. I'm having a go at Beast in his furry form as an update to the ML4 release by usingBlanka for better leg and waist articulation
