And here another custom of my own collection, Raptor, an evil alternate version of Hawkman. When I had a spare Hawkman I knew I had to do him (there are so few Thanagarians made!). Repaint with some slight modifications.

Basically in JLU animated style, one of those many universes where the Justice League is at least, dark and terrible, and at worst plain evil.
