I went through two failed commissions before just doing it myself, haha. Start with damtoys figure, cut real medical tape into tiny strips, get the right clothes, paint him to look burnt, apply the bandages, weather the clothes, after cutting the sleeves to match, print pouches, and "nametags" for the slcpd and swat tags, weather him, print his gin, and give him snakeskin paint wherever he needs it!
