Using existing GI Joe parts, I heavily modified, added to, and painted them to create the Freddy figure. I cut plastic pieces to make the blades and used tack glue to put them in place. Freddy had to be left handed in this form since the hand with spread fingers(Hydro-Viper's hand was a left hand, I cut the webbed sections out). I used a hand saw to get the hat off of Wild Bill V1. I used a rotary tool to grind the hat and part of the head off of the Cross-Country head. I went with that head because he had a pronounced nose and ears like Freddy does. I should have ground down the cheeks to make them less round though. I think the glove is by far the best part. I only like to use existing GI Joe Parts for my customizations, and I like to use glossy paint since the original figures had a sheen to them. Full Parts List: Head: Cross-Country Torso: Bazooka Waist: Quick-Kick Arms: Hawk V.2 Gloved Hand: Hydro Viper Legs: Unknown Hat: Wild Bill V.1 Blades: Thin clear plastic I cut from a package of scissors. ![]() |
