I was indecisive on which approach to take for Heihachi, so I ended up going with both. Lot of that these last few months. While most characters change their designs in each game, I think Heihachi is one of the few to retain one pretty consistently. From what I was seeing when I was looking up images, he had this look for a while.

Upper torso and arms were from Hyperion. Lower torso was Wonder Man. Legs were from Absorbing Man. Cut the bottom of the pants and gave him feet from a Frost Giant. Sculpted the arm wraps, and the upper and lower torso. Head was from Drax with the hair sculpted on. Full repaint, and all done!
