Designs for Rain and Reptile both caught my eye from the trailers. But seeing how fast my deadline was coming up on me, I really could only make one. And I love this design for Rain. And really, I've made a few different versions of Reptile in the past and only one Rain. So he won out on multiple fronts.

Head was from a BossFight male blank with the hood sculpted on. Staff was also from some BossFight figure with the top resculpted a bit. Upper legs were from Ryu. Hands were from a BossFight male blank. Sculpted the bottom of the pants, the boots, bracelets, armband, skirt section, belt, and full torso and cape. Full repaint, and all done!
