Jeff made his debut all the way back in the original Double Dragon. He helps capture Marian and serves as the boss of stage two. Typically green, there was one version of the game where he wore gray. He's made a ton of appearances over the years but it wasn't until around 2013 when he was established as a type of friend turned enemy. A way of justifying their similar fighting style. I thought about adding Marian to this set since she's playable in the newer Double Dragon game, but settled on just the palette swaps. Finally, a group shot of Jeff, Jimmy, Billy, and Sonny!

Hands were from a BossFight mage. Lower legs were from Daredevil. Belt from Captain America. Sculpted the bottom of the pants, the boots, shirt, front of the belt, arm wraps, and the full jacket. Head was from the modern MU Hyperion. Full repaint, and all done!
