I said before there was one more Jay Garrick design I wanted to make. Since then, I've forgotten which design that was. Go figure. But then I stumbled across this one! I have no clue what the storyline is here, but it looks awesome. I'm sure I'll find the other design eventually, but if not, this was a great alternative. Nice to see Jay Garrick getting some redesigns these days.

Hands were from a BossFight mage. Head was from a BossFight male blank. Upper legs were from the older MU Captain America figure. Sculpted the shirt, jacket, bracers, boots, knees, belt centerpiece, and the full hat. Glued on some chain, gave him a full repaint, and all done!
