This is one of the biggest Sonic figures I ever made. A friend of mine noticed that the big Jak Jak figure from the Incredibles 2 toy line had a similar physique to Dr. Robotnik from the old Sonic cartoons made by DiC. Hand sculpting was light, mostly just the shoes, while the head and hands are 3D printed based on models made by JC Thornton. Despite his impressive height he still sort of scales with a 4 inch classic Sonic if you go by their relative heights from that show.

I left some of the original figure's neck peg intact and attached the head to it so it would still turn (details are in the "making of" video on my youtube channel.) The hands don't really move though, that's a flaw of the gummy plastic the original hands used so the wrist swivel the figure was supposed to have didn't work.

Hey that dr Ivo robotnik from the adventures of Sonic the hedgehog is my favorite robotnik and I also made a figure of him out of clay because that was my all time favorite Sonic the hedgehog cartoon and you did a great job it looks so accurate and it's not missing any details this has to be my all time favorite custom I have ever seen
