I had done an ML custom of Jay Garrick way back during the ToyBiz and early Hasbro ML days, where I used that TB Magneto head and DC Direct helmet and entered it into a Custom Con back then (any old timers remember Custom Con?) But now it's a totally outdated custom when compared to the ones today with modern fodder so I redid him completely, only keeping the head and helmet for this second go around. This time the custom was much simpler to make than the one I did back then using TB ML fodder, yet looks so much better due to the great fodder nowadays.

He's part of my ongoing effort to make ML compatible versions of my DC must have characters.
