A short lived member of Onslaught, I think? He's the speedster, but I want to say he was immediately killed by Captain Boomerang. But then I also swear I saw him later. It's comics. Both those things are likely true. I'm surprised Onslaught weren't the villains in the first Suicide Squad movie. I'll be more shocked if we get a third movie and none of them show up then either.

Feet were from a BossFight male blank. Hands were from a Wolverine Origins figure. Head was from a Thor movie Loki with the hair and headband fully sculpted. Sculpted the belt and strap across his chest, and the full javelins. Full repaint, and all done!
