Rock Python base, golden age head from eBay, magneto cape repainted, and a sportsmaster belt with added strap in the back. This is classic blue and grey Batman. May add the glove spikes but he works for now.

I totally agree with Bootleg to a degree I feel the colors are fantastic the dark grey the tone of blue you chose works so good this is crazy dope work this is how I would like to make him if I did I like it a lot Von
