For this mythic fighter I painted a Mr. Manhattan action figure totally yellow with Citadel paints, after modelling the head with green stuff. Than I crafted a fabric vest to suit the guy. I crafted a belt also (the orange rings are also made of painted green stuff). The hair (just seven locks actually) are made of wire, which I painted black, so they are actually adjustable.
