This was a fun custom to make. I had trouble finding a suitably sized head for her that could also look like a happy teen. I was going to use Gwen Stacy's head as is but it's a bit big for the body and it doesn't look quite as young as a teen. I wanted to use
the Kitty Pryde head from the Excalibur boxset since it's smiling (how Stargirl is often portrayed) and looks young, but that figure is too expensive to buy for fodder. In the end the biker Widow head looks good as a neutral face for her and would work better in action poses (which is how I intend to pose her on the shelf).

She's part of my ongoing effort to make ML compatible versions of my DC must have characters.

PS. For those of you viewing this on the day it was posted, HAPPY JULY 4th to you. I actually rushed to finish the custom so I could post it on July 4th, what with Stargirl Courtney Whitmore not only inheriting Starman's role but also the role of the Star-Spangled Kid.
