The DC McFarlane Multiverse Red Robin is a great figure, and I like its overall build better for the Tim Drake character than the official McFarlane Multiverse figure of Tim as Robin. I decided to convert the Red Robin figure into a regular Robin figure. I took off the bandolier and the straps around the arm and sculpted over the resulting gaps. I cut off the crest on the left shoulder and repositioned the belt. I used the crest to make the R symbol on the crest. I removed the wings and replaced it with a cape made from craft pleather, painted black on one side. Painted it all up. Thanks for looking!
