Anissa Pierce is Black Lightning's daughter. She has density shifting powers that grant her super strength and invulnerability, but he doesn't let her become a superhero until after she's finished college. The day she does, she goes out on patrol and is later recruited by the Outsiders.

The base doll for this was Domino from Marvel Legends. I cut off her belt and holster and then sculpted some bulky wristbands and footplates, to match her comics outfit, and then sculpted less bulky areas for where the rest of her yellow paint would be. I painted her hair black, instead of brown, and painted over the circle over Domino's eye.
