Never cared for Sagat's classic design, but this variant costume in Street Fighter V is awesome! So he actually concludes a trio of M Bison's generals. No tiger, unfortunately. I didn't have one and didn't want to go hunting at the last minute. But here's a group shot of Sagat, Vega, M Bison, and Balrog!

Upper torso and arms were from Hyperion. Lower torso and upper legs were Absorbing Man. Lower legs were Wonder Man. Feet were from a Frost Giant. And the head was Punisher. Whew. Sanded down the hair, resculpted the head, and sculpted on the eye patch. Sculpted the leg wraps, arm wraps, arm bands, bottom of the pants, waist, belt, and the full collar wrap. Full repaint, and all done!
