I joked about making him once and that was about all it took for me to go for it. Per usual. There are only really two canonical deaths in Street Fighter, and I think this one got undone. Which kinda sucked. It was a big deal that Akuma killed him, and that he had one of the only kills in that universe. I think they said he was just beaten into a coma or something. So they pulled a Superman. But I liked the different kind of look he had, so I wanted to give him a shot.

Head was a super old cast. No clue from where. Sculpted all the hair on, though. Lower legs were from the Gamerverse Ryu, with the pants bulked up quite a bit and the band sculpted on. Sculpted up the belt and the entire gi top. Full repaint, and all done!
