I finally decided to make my own Iceman since I just am not satisfied with any of the Hasbro and Toybiz Marvel Legends offerings. I've always been a fan of Carlos Pacheco's Iceman back in the 90's from X-men operation zero tolerance. So I decided to create this guy, he was fairly easy to make. Nothing crazy. Painted Retro Iceman with Sky blue base, then added blue wash, white dry brushing and finished with silver dry brushing to create the crystal effect. I was so lazy so I didn't even dremel the joints, I just camouflage it with silver dry brush. I also used Mafex 075 Spider-man unmasked head. I decided to paint the X belt red and black since I also love Marvel vs Capcom. I guess this is the perfect Iceman for me. Thanks!  Please wait... |
