Agni was in the second incarnation of Onslaught, and has power over fire. He showed up a couple times in the original run, and even faced off against the Outsiders at one point. Like most of the team, I don't really know anything beyond that.

Upper legs were from Ryu. Sculpted the boots, bottom of the pants, belt, sash across the chest, arm bands, and bracers. Head was from a BossFight male blank with the eye patch, hair, and headband sculpted on. Topped off with a couple flame effects, a full repaint, and all done!
