I don't really have an explanation for why I like Absorbing Man so much. I'm not invested in his story. I don't connect to his backstory. I don't have nostaligic memories of him from when I was a kid. Nothing. But I think he's cool, and I like making figures of him. So here we are, with a hefty little design run. Starting with his normal, human form.

Upper torso and arms were from Hyperion. Lower torso, upper legs, and feet were from Absorbing Man. Lower legs were Doc Samson, and the head was Wonder Man. Sculpted the boots and bottom of the pants. Cut all the hair off and resculpted the head. Sculpted the ball and glued some chain to it. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
