Exiles is one of those runs they nailed the first time, but never quite got right in the follow-up attempts. Which is odd. It's easy. Grab some popular characters and mix in some interesting reimaginings. Bloodstorm, Old Man Logan, Wild Thing or even J2 from Marvel 2, future Beak, ect. Lots of interesting options. But, anyway, there's a few remaining designs from the run that I've been wanting to get to. Starting with this guy, I guess. A member of the secondary Weapon X team, Spider is what happened in a world where Peter Parker got the Carnage symbiote. This version is more sadistic and is quite happy to kill. When King Hyperion came in and split the teams, Spider was happy to join him. Weirdly, I like how they went a bit more minimalist with the black line work on him.

Head was from Scarlet Spider, dremeled to fit. Hands were from a BossFight mage. Upper legs were from one of the really old MU Captain America figures. They're slightly thicker than the Black Knight/Hawkeye legs, and you have to sand down the front seam. But they work great. Full repaint, some tedious line work, and all done!
