I dremeled a lot of plastic from the torso which was ridiculously long, a lot more inside the thighs and then cut a bit on his knees and drmeled new holes for the pegs. I touched up his face a little as well as the ligghtning bolt. It is still big next to my 6" scale mainly mafex and figuarts figures, but he looks good still. Looks tall (Pierce Brosnan is) but not towering over them. For the unmasked head I used a Pierce Brosnan head from James Bond with sculpted hair and beard. I also repainted the gold parts with gold chrome paint.
