The daughter of an abusive alcoholic and a runaway mother, Lisa Snart was raised in poverty on the outskirts of Central City. A skilled figure skater, she was left behind by her older brother Lenny when he left home, in the hope that she would pursue skating as a career and not follow him into crime. Instead she tagged along with her brother, spending time with his Rogues and falling in love with Mirror Master. When Lenny decided to get an edge on the Flash by merging his team with their weapons, she is caught in the blast and severely injured. Lisa Snart was created by Cary Bates and Irv Novick. Her first appearance was in The Flash #250.
