Used the Obadiah Stane base body with a Fortnite wildcard head. Painted suit purple, snipped off tie, painted shirt lilac. Used a Marvel Select Thanos skirt piece cut and glued to shape for the shawl/poncho. Removed paint from wildcard head with nail polish remover and hand painted eyes, skull details and pattern on waist coat and poncho hem. Waistcoat made from masking tape, cut and folded to shape with a smidge of glue to retain articulation around midsection.
