I saw someone post a similar custom on reddit from a few years ago, figured I'd give it a try. The head is held on by magnets, as I was having some trouble getting it to stay on properly. The shoulder cape is a felt fabric material from Michael's.

Head: Shadow Helmet (Outer Rim Traders)
Body: Sith Trooper (torso repainted black)
Shoulder Armor: Clone Trooper
Weapon: Lando in Skiff Guard Disguise (blade removed)
