This is my lazy version of Mandarin - I'm aware he's not a classic look, but I'm not a huge Mandarin fan; I just wanted something to represent him on the shelf, and this is close enough to that comic look - for me, at least. The nice thing with this custom is that it wasn't a lot of work, at all, plus I managed to get both these figures really cheap as they weren't big sellers.

Multiverse of Madness Mordo's body, with Morlun's grinning head and hands. Sometimes Mandarin has these long pointy fingernails and Morlun's hands have the same.
I sanded down the weird suckers on Morlun's hands, as well as Mordo's collar and neck.
I also twisted Mordo's skirt piece to face the back, then the hips and legs back to the front. His little sling ring sculpted bit is still there, just hidden in the coat now.

Then repainted the head, hands, neck, and the 'beige' and 'gold' bits on his costume to make them yellow and more gold.
Painted the rings on - I tried to blob the paint on for the stones of the rings so that there's a bit of a shape to them rather than just a flat paint colour.

I'm not really looking to become a professional customiser or anything, but I always want to be able to improve, so if you like something about the way I've done a custom, please tell me so I can do that more.
