So, I think this was a cover only variant? I couldn't find anything at all on it. Save for the cover I was sent to go by. It left me with a bit of guesswork on his back, but thankfully this wasn't an overly complicated design. Very easy to assume some details.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were from Wonder Man. And the head was from Captain Britain, with the hair cut off and full mask resculpted. Sculpted on the arm band, bracers, skirt section, belt, boots, and full upper torso. Full repaint, and all done!
