It's barely a custom but I'm gonna share it either way - I present to you a Mandarin that is (at least in my head) a mix of the 90s IM cartoon and his 90s comic red robes, ToyBiz did a figure of that costume in a two pack. It's just a NECA Flash Gordon Ming with some hair a magic rings, with his face painted green.
