Mugen strikes again! Some of these Mugen designs are insanely good. But the frustrating part is not being able to easily identify who designed it. Whether it's finding the specific version I'm making, or finding who originally came up with the idea. But this is one of two Cyber designs I saw that I wanted to try. I thought this was a cool idea, but they did go a little nuts with Cyber Ken, Cyber Dan, and pretty much every Street Fighter character in Cyber forms. And I'm shocked I haven't come across Cyber Oni.

Bulked up the right arm heavily, then gave him the hand from Colossus. Sculpted the belt, sandals, the upper torso lightly, the shoulder, and the side of the his face. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
