I took the body of a spare Ninth Doctor figure and swapped the arms for Connor Temple from series two of Primeval, the head came from the Eleventh Doctor with all the hair being grinded away with a dremel tool. I did the sculpting with miliput and the robe was made by cutting a rubber glove and gluing it around the waist. The drip stand was made with BBQ skewers and milliput, as was the liquid tank which is being held in place with a bit of elastic string.
