Head was modified to fit the body, a tip that I do often is cut the Adam's apple off the neck, generally it's molded to work with the specific head the figure came with, so just cutting it off makes it easier to fit properly, and ensure full movement of the new head. Bonus is you really don't need to make cutting off the Adam's apple look too natural because the new head will likely cover up the area. The chest, and belt were sculpt to more accurate to the character.
