A Bioshock Little Sister was given a clay "tooth" dress, a toothpick staff and a tiny tooth tiara to transform her into Dentina, an overzealous tooth fairy with an ever-growing collection of healthy teeth. The teeth are acrylic, the sculpting done using air-dry clay and Green Stuff. Her mouth was resculpted to give her a healthy set of gnashers! Her wings are fabric with a crackle glaze, her staff is a real toothpick and her pliers are a dollhouse miniature.
