Was originally trying to turn this into a Red Arrow/Arsenal, but it just wasn't clicking. He was looking too much like Deadshot, so I figured I'd buy in. I had the Suicide Squad movie figure handy, which has a great headsculpt.

I attached the head with putty. I cut up some extra guns to make the gauntlets and modified rifles. I wanted him to have some ridiculous guns with random extra barrels and magazines. I also took elements of the belt the figure came with to make extra holsters etc. along the limbs.
