Commander Bly served under Jedi Master Aayla Secura and commanded the 327th Star Cops Battalion. This figure is based off his phase 1 armor seen in the Clone Wars TV series -Season 1 “Jedi Crash” and “Defenders of Peace”.

I don’t have every single color documented. The pauldron involved mixing and dabbing paint for weathering to match official released Bly figure. The primary color was Vallejo Yellow Orche
