Of course The Voyage Home was long out of the theaters when the Playmates Star Trek toy line came along, and obviously there was never a Playmates 4.5-5" wizard-y TVH Spock figure. So I made my own using the Playmates DS9 Vedek Bareil figure as a starting point. Repainted the robes white, sculpted a waist sash, added a Vulcan proverb badge to his chest. Sculpted puffy sleeve cuffs.

The most difficult part to make was the head. Started with a TNG Unification Spock head, sculpted the head band and some messy hair to hang over band in the front, similar to Nimoy's look in TVH. Getting the scale for these details right was tricky and tbh, I still don't think it's quite there. But it's good enough for now. Perhaps I'll revisit when I have more patience. LOL.
