To continue with my Arkhamverse characters collection, this time I worked on one of the most iconic Batman villains: The Penguin. For this figure, I used a Marvel Legends Doctor Octopus. I completely sanded the whole body down and sculpted all the details over it. Also, I made a removable hat and an umbrella from scratch. Everything was hand painted and I added a wired cloth coat.
