I ripped Trace's 3D model from his Super Smash Bros Brawl trophy and 3D printed it. After sawing his arms, head and legs off with a Dremel, I smoothed him out with Apoxy Sculpt. I then fed wire trough his body and extremities to make him poseable but still spindly and wiry. A fresh coat of black matte primer to start, followed by a gloss red. I flicked some extra black on him to give his coat some texture. I sprayed a bit of black on his feet and waist to gradient him to a deeper red. I then hand painted his eyes a red/orange and finished him off with some pink/orange color shift gloss. He looks shiny and menacing. I love this character.
