Epona is mostly a repaint of the toy in the fourth picture. I cut the mane and tail down and glued the hair down for the hair on the head and sides of the mane. I used a brown spray paint as a primer for the body, and hand painted the reddish brown and other colors over it.
Saddle was swapped out from another gorse by the same company. I used the bottom of a sweater sleeve for the blanket under the saddle. The bedroll is part of a dish towel and the straps for it are from a leg holster from a bootleg Deadpool figure.
