A Skrull who possesses the body armor which gives her power to shapeshift into both animal and human form. She is well-known for her marriage to Johnny Storm, the Human Torch. Lyja first appeared as Alicia in the pages of Fantastic Four issue 265 (1984), but it wasn't until issue 358 (1991) that her true form was seen as she was revealed to be a Skrull. As such, she was created by Tom DeFalco and Paul Ryan.
