I felt this Thing figure from the Ronan BAF line really needed a new head. It was too small and mounted too far forward. So I cut the whole piece off and replaced it with an Iron Monger BAF head to give him his helmeted version. Then sanded and sculpted the lower half to give him pants and boots. finished with paints. I really like the upgrade, and it gave me one more version of the Thing. Hope you like him, and thanks for looking.
