Lowbacca is the loyal friend and fellow Jedi Knight to Jacen and Jaina Solo, training together with them at Luke Skywalker’s Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 and later fighting at their side against the Yuuzhan Vong invasion force. Lowbacca is Chewbacca’s nephew. M-TD (Miniturized Translator Droid) known as Emteedee was built by Chewie and programmed by C-Threepio as an aid for Lowbacca to communicate with his classmates at the academy. He went with Lowbacca everywhere.

Lightsaber hilt is just some metal thing I found on the ground one time and kept because it looked like a lightsaber. Still working on sourcing a Wookiee sized lightsaber blade for him.
